Thesedays I started 30 days plan with my special training team members.
1. Having a quite time(Q.T) with God
2. Drinking 1L water
3. Eating a little flour than before(only 2 a week - bread, only 1 a month - instant noodles)
4. Reading a pattern note(at least for 1 weeks), Shadowing
5. Stretching for 10 minutes before go to bed
