*9월의 목표

Detail한 김하니

1. 건강 : 도시락 밥 2/3 (쌀 한톨 먹을 때마다 훈련시간 1분씩 졸음;;)
            내 돈으로 빵, 과자 X / 의식적으로 야채 먹기 / 11시에 자기

2. 훈련 : 나에게 맞는 범위를 덩어리로 한 번에 내뱉기
            (완전히 시냅스할 수 있는 집중력!!!! 아자잣!!!!!!)

3. 강말 : 키워드 정리한 거 1번만 쭉 읽기 / 하루에 강말노트 3개(1~10번 중 1개, 최근꺼 2개)

4. 쉐도잉 : 하루에 1달치씩 (2월~8월 : 월화수목금토일)

5. 목표 매 시간마다 세우기 : 포스트잇에 붙이고 당일 일지에도 쓰기

* 가장 중요한 건 내가 지금 이걸 하면서 즐기고 있다는 느낌♪♬

1. 범위를 짧게 잡고 시냅스 꼼꼼히 하기

1. 시냅스 및 리듬~잡기
special-edition 잇는 부분이.. 스페셜 쉬바로 들렸다 ㅠㅠ
edition을 찾아보니 / ɪdɪʃ ə n /
근데 가만히 들어보면 d사운드도 잘 안들리고, n사운드도 제대로 발음이 안된다.
그래서 이쉬바처럼 들리는 거 였ㄷ ㅏ

범위를 다 했다. ㅠㅠ늘려가는 연습도 하기!

요즘 계속 여기저기 아픈 다크호스 멤버들 ㅠㅠ힝힝힝 그래서 코치님이 만병통치약인 웃음을 써보라했다.ㅎㅎ
 immune system에까지도 영향을 준다며 :)
....악 컨텐츠 짱 어렵다

health 부분에서 수업시간 때는 th가 안 들렸는데 지금은 잘 들린다 :)
